You’ll find many agents who will list your home. Most of those agents will put your home in the MLS and hope it sells. That tactic may have worked years ago, but in today’s world of social media and google, you need a lot more power to sell your home for top dollar.

1. What does your social media marketing plan look like?

Well, everyone carries a phone in their pocket, and most of those people are looking at their phone at various times throughout the day. Social Media companies collect tons of information including what users are viewing. We can then choose who we want to show our post to, that way we can make sure that your home shows up to real buyers looking at homes in your area and at your price point.

2. What steps will you take to drive traffic to my property online?

Every property listing that we take at Premier Listings will receive its own website and landing pages. We use Google and YouTube to drive traffic to your site. Did you know that YouTube is owned by Google? That means a little secret to getting your home to show up in Google is to post a video with the right keywords. Those are just some of the tricks that we recommend to gain as much traffic as you can to your home online.

Before we even list your home, we will do a reverse look up and proactively reach out to any buyer in our database who was clicked on a similar home or has similar criteria.
